Job summary

ServerPartDeals in Sanford, FL is seeking an HR Generalist to own day-to-day people operations in the office. You will manage the full employee lifecycle from recruiting coordination to onboarding, benefits administration, policy questions, and employee support.

This is an in-office role at a growing company where HR processes are being built, giving you real influence in setting up systems and shaping how the team is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an HR generalist, coordinator, or similar people-ops role.
• Working knowledge of onboarding, benefits administration, and basic employment law/compliance.
• Comfortable with HRIS/payroll software and general office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
• Discreet, organized, and approachable — people should feel comfortable bringing you real problems.

Responsibilities

About the role

We're looking for an HR generalist to be the day-to-day face of people operations in our office. You'll own the full employee lifecycle — recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, policy questions, and general employee support — and be the go-to person when someone on the team needs help. This is a hands-on, in-office role at a growing company where HR processes are still being built out, so you'll have real say in how things get set up, not just a playbook to follow.

What we're looking for

2+ years in an HR generalist, coordinator, or similar people-ops role.

Working knowledge of onboarding, benefits administration, and basic employment law/compliance.

Comfortable with HRIS/payroll software and general office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).

Discreet, organized, and approachable — people should feel comfortable bringing you real problems.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• experience at a small or growing company
• recruiting/hiring coordination experience
• familiarity with warehouse or logistics staffing.
