You will lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, create a welcoming onboarding experience, conduct stay and exit interviews, partner with managers on employee relations, and support training and HR operations to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, training, and HRIS.
• Solid knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc.).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and integrity in all HR activities.
• Collaborative learner with willingness to evolve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HR operations including HRIS management, reporting, policy development, and process improvement

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, training, and HRIS
• Solid knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc.)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Someone who leads with integrity and keeps confidentiality at the forefront

YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE
