Job summary

MyStaff in Omaha is seeking an experienced HR generalist to own the full HR function—from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, benefits, compliance, and culture. You will partner with leadership to drive business outcomes and champion a people-first approach.

In this onsite role, you'll build relationships, wear multiple hats, and influence decisions with clear communication, confidentiality, and organizational rigor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
