Human Resources Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Skilled Nursing Facility and our team. This position will report to the Administrator/Director of HR and work under the guidance of the Reliant Care Management Company Human Resources department.

A successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example in how to function in a team environment. Since the facility operates 24/7, occasional off-shift and weekend activity will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience
  2. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and OSHA
  3. Implement staffing plans for proper coverage across departments
  4. Administer benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs
  5. Handle performance management and professional development
  6. Facilitate safety meetings, workers' compensation, and safety programs

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  2. 3-5 years HR experience, healthcare setting preferred
  3. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and employment laws
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. PHR/SPHR certification preferred
