Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Skilled Nursing Facility and our team. This position will report to the Administrator/Director of HR and work under the guidance of the Reliant Care Management Company Human Resources department.
A successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example in how to function in a team environment. Since the facility operates 24/7, occasional off-shift and weekend activity will be necessary.
