What You’ll Do
As a Resource Manager, Workforce Management, you will:
- Manage resource management methodology – Ensure efficient project scheduling for customer and Omnicell resources.
- Build, maintain, and communicate resource management metrics – Identify opportunities and challenges to improve resource management.
- Assist with all aspects of resource management – Provide transparency to business leaders and source input from Professional Services stakeholders.
- Conduct resource capacity planning and forecast exercises – Provide senior leadership with visibility into resource capacity and future forecasts.
- Manage multiple project resource requests – Utilize identified platforms to handle resource requests with support from Senior Resource Manager and Workforce Management leaders.
- Identify over and underutilized resources – Improve operational efficiencies by balancing resource utilization.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management – Provide current resource capacity and gaps by project roles.
- Liaise between internal Omnicell teams and customer project teams – Ensure delivery of all resource management deliverables.
- Consult with Professional Services stakeholders – Identify opportunities for improvement based on resource management practices.
- Primary point of contact for project communication – Manage internal and external communication related to resource management.
- Manage customer escalations and difficult conversations – Address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Facilitate meetings with Professional Services stakeholders – Review risk, analyze at-risk projects, and provide insights on resource capacity and gaps.
- Advise Professional Services Leadership – Address at-risk project concerns or issues meeting key customer deliverables.
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations – Provide insights and updates on resource management.
- Advise Portfolio Management on capacity planning efforts – Ensure alignment with quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide visibility to Senior Resource Manager and Professional Services Leadership – Highlight resource constraints impacting revenue-generating activities.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of resource management or health systems operations experience in a healthcare software solutions industry
- 3+ years of predictive data analytics or modeling experience – Demonstrated experience in using analytics and modeling to project current and future resource and capacity demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Balance of drive, business acumen, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional demeanor and presentation in all interactions
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative
- Problem solver with a flexible mindset delivering business outcomes and scalable solutions
- High EQ, consultative mindset, and close attention to detail – Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
