Cintas Corporation in Toledo, OH is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources.

You will manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and you will drive positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Compensation, unemployment and other employment laws.

A strong safety culture at the location and training for partners on company safety policies are also key responsibilities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver's license; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsabilidades
