Cintas Corporation seeks an HR Manager in Alden, NY to support all general areas of Human Resources, including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has 1 year HR experience, a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of FMLA/ADA/EEO laws. They will work full-time on first shift and join a team focused on competitive benefits and career development.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $62,354 - $69,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
