Job summary

Uline's Ohio branch is seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for 200+ warehouse, facilities and office employees. You will guide a high-performing HR team to support staffing a new facility and collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management and employee engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 7+ years in HR/talent acquisition, with strong recruiting experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including management experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.

Minimum Requirements
