Uline in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for 700+ employees. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building talent pipelines, hiring quality talent and fostering an exceptional working environment for a growing company.

You will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, coach the HR team, and collaborate with senior leaders on hiring, performance management and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 10+ years HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Knowledgeable of federal and Texas employment laws.
• Travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
