Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager at our Texas branch in Irving to lead HR operations for 700+ employees and shape a high-performance culture.

You will drive talent acquisition across warehouse, facilities and office roles, hire quality leaders, and build a strong HR team with a focus on employee experience and compliance with federal and Texas laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 10+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Knowledgeable of federal and Texas employment laws.
• Travel for initial training at Uline’s North American locations.
