Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Salary Range: $100,000 – 140,000

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Key responsibilities

Administer employee benefits and manage vendor relationships.
Manage payroll processing and system upgrades.
Serve as HRIS/payroll system administrator.
Provide HR support, compliance, and reporting.
Collaborate on HR policy development and process improvement.
Support M&A activities.
Travel once a month to another location in Florida for no more than 3 days at a time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
10+ years of progressive HR experience with a manufacturing, distribution, construction, or related industry.
Experience working with multi-state worksites is required (including California).
Experience managing HR functions in medium sized companies.
Experience with UKG Pro is a plus.
Background in supporting HR work during mergers and acquisitions is a strong plus.
