What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute HR strategies that align with the firm’s vision, goals, and core values.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and retention initiatives.
• Manage HR operations, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Partner with leadership to drive performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Lead employee engagement programs, team events, and internal communications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with ATS platforms and HR technology.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Dropbox, and related business tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
