Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager with experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce and driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the recruitment process for manufacturing roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, fostering a positive work environment.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of manufacturing employees.
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and deliver targeted development initiatives.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among employees.

  • 8 years of experience in HR roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workforce dynamics.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
