Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or a related field.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of HR experience in the staffing industry.
• Experience with strategy development, organizational design, and talent management.
• Working knowledge of federal and state HR regulations.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to support our Human Resources department ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Participate and manage payroll and employee benefits functions
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding and their personnel files
• Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, compliance and safety
• Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization
• Coordinate and support internal HR audits and external audits by federal and state agencies, ensuring accurate records, timely responses, and compliance
• Administer and maintain employee benefits records and related documentation, and support payroll accuracy and compliance
• Manage the recruitment and candidate selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment across our offices and in our global workforce
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Experience handling immigration timelines and documents
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline is required
• Professional certification in HR is a plus
• At least 7 years of experience in an HR position in the Staffing Industry.
• Experience required including strategy development, organizational design, talent management, change management and organizational development
• Working knowledge of federal and state HR regulations.
