Job summary

3LS Solutions Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to supervise HR Generalists and oversee HR for assigned programs and organizations. You will directly support the Sr. Director HR & Payroll and the Chief HR Officer in planning and executing HR processes.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR function at a large organization or equivalent.
• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

As the Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for direct supervision of HR Generalist(s) and for oversite of the Human Resources function for programs and organizations as assigned. The Human Resources Manager provides direct support to the Sr. Director Human Resources & Payroll and the Chief Human Resources Officer in the planning and execution of all HR-related processes and programs through ongoing administrative support.
