Job summary

3LS Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist I in Goodlettsville, TN. You will support employee relations, HR operations, and benefits inquiries while maintaining compliance and accurate HRIS records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience with emphasis on employee relations
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HRIS systems
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle sensitive matters with discretion

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with employees and provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
• Support the Director of Human Resources with day-to-day HR operations and projects
• Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions on benefits, leave, policies, and compliance
• Manage HRIS data for new hires and employee changes
• Assist with leave administration, FMLA tracking, and maintaining employee records
• Model and promote the E.S.T.E.E.M. values: Embracing Diversity, Safety, Trustworthiness, Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment, and Mindful Collaboration

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in HR or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HRIS systems
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and a genuine desire to keep growing and learning
