Job summary

3LS Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR Generalist(s) and the HR function for assigned programs. You will report to the Sr. Director Human Resources & Payroll and support the CHRO in planning and executing HR initiatives with administrative excellence.

You’ll lead a mission-driven, employee-owned team in a company that values growth, balance, and strong people practices, with a focus on helping others reach their best while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the HR function at a large organization; or equivalent education and experience
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Generalist(s) and HR programs for assigned areas.
• Provide direct support to Sr. Director Human Resources & Payroll and the CHRO in planning and execution of HR processes.
• Assist with ongoing administrative support and HR-related initiatives.

As the Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for direct supervision of HR Generalist(s) and for oversite of the Human Resources function for programs and organizations as assigned.
