This role focuses on trauma-informed, quality-driven service and community impact within the Omni Family of Services. The position requires at least two years of HR experience in a large organization (or equivalent education) and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

As the Employee Relations Manager, you would be responsible for supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources & Payroll in the coordination of all HR-related employee relations processes and procedures.
