Job summary

CFS in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead payroll, onboarding, records management, and HR administration for about 170 employees. You will partner with senior leadership and influence key people decisions in a visible role.

The role requires 5+ years HR/payroll experience, strong ADP Workforce Now skills, and bilingual Spanish/English. A Bachelor’s degree or PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR and payroll experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English.
• Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar workforces.
• Bachelor's degree and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for approximately 170 employees using ADP Workforce Now.
• Lead onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and HR administration activities.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, physicals, and new hire documentation.
• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and management across office and field operations.
• Support employment law compliance, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and HR policies.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
