Job summary

Precision Recruiting Solutions Group® (PRSG®) is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape and execute people strategies in our manufacturing-focused environment. You will drive workforce planning, design employee engagement programs, and streamline talent acquisition to shorten time-to-hire while maintaining quality hires.

The role collaborates with senior leadership to implement performance management, compensation and benefits programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of human resources management experience.
• Experience leading strategic HR initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies and successfully implement operational plans.
