HTG is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to support the full scope of Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate can work 100% onsite and has in-depth experience working with general HR duties, analyzing HR policies, and managing benefit administration.

The Human Resource Manager will oversee the company's day-to-day HR operations, evaluate and enhance human resources policies, programs, and practices to support the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the organization's budge.
  • Implement and manage performance review processes, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop, implement, and updateHR policies and procedures.
  • Develop job descriptions to support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee morale, motivation, and overall engagement.
  • Ensure the organization complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar field
  • In-depth experience supporting HR operations and benefit/compensation administration
