Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a Manufacturing company in the College Park, GA area. This role requires leadership in HR functions, payroll and benefits processing, and compliance within a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of manufacturing HR experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), and the ability to coordinate interviewing, onboarding, training, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Payroll and benefits processing experience.
• Solid Excel experience (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact and Human Resources representative for the site for interviews, employee onboarding - off boarding, safety audits, etc
• Support and facilitate training activities within the facility
• Maintain pertinent HR documentation and coordinate with corporate
• Coordinates interviews
• Adhere to and identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the facility
• Perform onboarding for new hires and exit interviews
• Practices safe work practices
• Performs facility tours and safety inspections
• Investigate and document workplace accidents and process workers compensation claims
• Strong Microsoft Office Proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
