Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and employment compliance.
• Experience developing and implementing workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, and employee retention strategies.
