Job summary

Monroe Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, in Bloomington, IN, is seeking an HR leader to develop and manage programs for recruitment, training, promotions and employee relations. You will interview applicants, maintain personnel records, resolve disputes, and advise executives on policy impacts.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years of HR experience), healthcare exposure, and knowledge of wage-hour laws. This is a days, full-time role within a respected hospital network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required.
• Familiar with hospital organization; functions of departments; pay practices and techniques; review techniques; training methods.
• Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.
