The Human Resources Business Partner ("HRBP") assists HR Director/Manager with managing day-to-day operations and provides a wide variety of complex Human Resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures. The position performs duties in a variety of functional core human resources areas including onboarding, employee/leader development, employee/labor relations, and legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to hospital leadership, providing expert guidance and support in all aspects of Human Resources Management. The HRBP will collaborate closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with hospital goals, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. Assists with disputes, investigations/grievances and recommends necessary resolution or disciplinary actions.
