Monroe Hospital in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking a qualified pharmacist to join the Per Diem pharmacy team. The role involves coordinating pharmacy department activities to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care while prioritizing patient safety.

Required is a current state Pharmacist License with hospital experience preferred; a B.S. in Pharmacy is required, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred. BLS/ACLS certification is also preferred.

• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety.
• The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.
