V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is hiring three HRIS Advisor I contractors in Louisville, KY. The roles focus on daily HRIS, LMS, and ATS support with production maintenance and data accuracy. Positions vary in duration: one ~3 months, two 6–12 month contracts-to-hire.

You will respond to user requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with HR and business users to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Position Overview

We are hiring three (3) HRIS Advisor I positions. One role is expected to last approximately 3 months, while the other two are anticipated to be 6–12 month contract-to-hire opportunities.

The HRIS Advisor I is responsible for supporting the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role provides day-to-day production support, resolves user issues, and ensures the smooth operation of HR systems.
