Job summary

OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) seeks an HR Services Support 3 in an onsite capacity to assist in a large enterprise Learning Experience Platform implementation. The role supports multiple workstreams with strong emphasis on requirements, testing, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in project coordination, business analysis, or testing within HR/learning tech environments and can bridge business and IT teams to drive delivery and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level implementation experience with learning platforms and stakeholders.
• Experience as Contractor Project & Business Analyst supporting HR/learning tech initiatives.
• Bridge business and technical teams to drive project execution and outcomes.
• Lead testing activities including UAT, test case development, and defect tracking.
• Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements clearly.
• Maintain project documents, governance materials, and decision logs.
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

• Project Analyst / Business Analyst supporting a large enterprise Learning Experience Platform (LXP) implementation.
• Project coordination and project management support.
• Business analysis and requirements documentation.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing support.
• Stakeholder support and communication.
• Supporting multiple project workstreams rather than leading the overall project.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project coordination, business analysis, testing, or related project support roles.
• Ability to work in a supporting role within a larger project team.
• Blend of project management and IT/testing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner).
• Familiarity with Agile concepts, requirements gathering, sprint activities, and demonstrations.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project-tracking tools.
• Learning systems, learning platform, or training-related project experience.
• HR or learning domain experience is helpful but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Enterprise-level implementation of Degreed LXP, integrating multiple learning platforms into a unified learner experience
• Seeking an experienced Contractor Project & Business Analyst to support enterprise learning and HR technology initiatives. This role will support GTM with system implementations, testing, documentation, governance, reporting, and operational readiness activities.
• The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise software implementations and can effectively bridge business and technical teams to drive project execution and successful outcomes.
• Support project planning, execution, status tracking, and workstream coordination.
• Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, governance materials, operating procedures, and decision logs.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, test case development, defect tracking, and validation.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Support reporting, KPI development, and data validation efforts.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Workforce Development, IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support communications, training, change management, and operational readiness efforts.
• Assist with system implementation, configuration validation, integrations testing, and production readiness activities.
• 2-5 +years of experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience supporting large, cross functional technology projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process documentation, and technical writing skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating UAT, and system testing activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience working with both business and technical teams.

Preferred :

• Experience with learning technologies, HR systems, LMS, LXP, talent, or workforce development platforms.
• Experience supporting system integrations and vendor implementations.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and KPI development.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
