Job summary

BCforward seeks a System Analyst - HR to support global HR technology with a primary focus on Time & Attendance and Workforce/Production Scheduling, and HR system configuration.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with WFM or HR applications (Indeavor or similar), gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, testing changes, and supporting systems in production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering IT solutions; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with Time & Attendance and scheduling apps.
• Experience with Indeavor or comparable platforms.
• Experience translating business requirements into specs.

Responsibilities

• Support global HR systems, processes, data, and technology projects with focus on plant shift scheduling.
• Provide day-to-day operational and production support for HR systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Time & Attendance and Scheduling applications.
• Utilize Indeavor or comparable platforms to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and technology opportunities.
• Support discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization.
• Create test scripts, execute testing, and coordinate UAT.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system and process changes.
• Work with third-party vendors and contractors on system enhancements and projects.
• Communicate system and process changes to users with varying levels of knowledge.

Job description

BCforward is seeking a System Analyst - HR to support global HR technology, with a primary focus on Time & Attendance, Workforce/Production Scheduling, HR system configuration, integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Workforce Management (WFM) or HR applications, particularly Indeavor or similar scheduling platforms, and be comfortable gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, testing changes, and supporting systems in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global HR systems, processes, data, and technology projects, with a focus on plant shift scheduling.
• Provide day-to-day operational and production support for HR systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Time & Attendance and Scheduling applications.
• Utilize Indeavor or comparable WFM/scheduling platforms to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and technology opportunities.
• Support initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization.
• Create test scripts, execute testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system and process changes.
• Work with third-party vendors and contractors on system enhancements and projects.
• Communicate system and process changes to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting and delivering complex IT solutions; 5+ years preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Time & Attendance and Workforce/Production Scheduling applications.
• Experience with Indeavor or comparable platforms.
• Understanding of integrations between Time & Attendance and Scheduling systems.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into clear specifications.
• Experience with system configuration, analysis, design, testing, and production support.
• Experience supporting system stabilization and ongoing production operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a related field preferred.
