Job Description Summary
IT Systems Analyst to provide production operations support to a highly customized globally deployed Infor Workbrain 5.1 Time & Attendance system and project support for an upgrade of the system to Infor WFM 7.2. Must be effective working independently and as part of a highly collaborative global team.
Job Location
Ideally, the candidate is located in or near San Diego as work may return to the office 1-2 days per week at some point over the 12 months duration. The job requires collaboration during regular Pacific Standard Time (PST/PDT) work hours with flexibility to accommodate some hours aligned to the EMEA, India and APAC time zones.
Key Knowledge / Skills / Experience Needed
- Infor Workbrain version 5.1 configuration and administration
- Infor WFM version 7.x configuration and administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Time & Attendance solutions
- Infor Workbrain/WFM Cognos Reports spec, design, execute knowledge & skillset
- Knowledge of WFM v7 workflow automation design and configuration
- SQL knowledge – able to read and write SQL
- Expertise in extracting, clarifying, documenting business requirements and translating them into specifications for design and development
- Very strong communicator using verbal and written forms including remote collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, etc

Required Competencies

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years IT-relevant work experience OR 5+ years IT-relevant work experience without a bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years experience leading informal teams.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to a mile
- Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs
- Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting)
- Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day
- Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely

1st shift.
Remote Work & Handover
Remote until the site reopens and will then move to hybrid - 1-2 days on site and the rest can be remote.
Technical Skills
Strong in Workbrain version 5.1 configuration and administration along with strong SQL knowledge. Should have experience reading and writing SQL. Very strong English communication skills is preferred. Should be able to effectively communicate verbal and written forms including effectively using remote collaboration tools like Teams and Sharepoint.
