BCforward is seeking a Production HR Systems Analyst to configure and support scheduling and related HR systems, delivering value to a global workforce.

You will analyze data, coordinate with vendors, gather requirements, and translate them into specifications, driving global HR projects from discovery through stabilization.

The role emphasizes system knowledge, problem solving, cross‑functional communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CIS or MIS.
• 3+ years delivering complex IT solutions.
• Experience configuring Time and Attendance & Scheduling applications.
• Understanding integrations between scheduling software.
• Ability to work with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure quality results.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience supporting production stabilization and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Analyst resource for global HR system processes, data and technology projects focused on plant shift scheduling capabilities.
• Daily operational support of HR systems and ensure system health and sustainability.
• Troubleshoot issues using Indeavor knowledge to identify solutions (scheduling configuration, integrations).
• Consult with global HR teams to identify process impacts on tech/data and constraints.
• Define functional requirements with business partners and translate into specs.
• Prioritize requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes using existing or new functionality.
• Deliver initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing and stabilization.
• Create test scripts, perform testing, and ensure user acceptance for system solutions.
• Develop technical documentation for system or process changes.
• Communicate changes to users with varying technical knowledge.
• Advocate and inform on new HR solutions and trends.
