Job summary

TriCom Technical Services is seeking an HR Systems Analyst in Minnesota to support workforce scheduling, time and attendance, and related HR technology platforms. The role emphasizes system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, testing, and ongoing production support while partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and system performance.

You will work on HRIS and payroll integrations, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and accuracy across HR systems during an 8-month contract

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS or scheduling system experience.
• Experience with time & attendance and workforce scheduling apps.
• System configuration and production support experience.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, and scheduling system integrations.
• Requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• QA/UAT testing and documentation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

HR Systems Analyst

We are seeking an HR Systems Analyst to support workforce scheduling, time & attendance, and related HR technology platforms. This role will focus on system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, testing, and ongoing production support while partnering with business stakeholders to improve processes and system performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with HRIS, workforce management, or scheduling systems.
• Experience with time & attendance and workforce Scheduling applications.
• System configuration and production support experience.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, and scheduling system integrations.
• Requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• QA/UAT testing and documentation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Shiftboard, Infor APS, UKG/Kronos, or similar scheduling platforms.
• Manufacturing or plant scheduling experience.
• Reporting and analytics experience.
• HRIS or payroll systems background.
• Experience supporting global HR systems.
• Continuous improvement/process optimization experience.

This is an 8-month Contract opportunity with potential for hire with our MN client.
