We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources generalist to lead the successful sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. Candidates need to have a record of keenly vetting positive and engaged people, who fit both the organizational culture and technical roles being filled. Candidates must also have experience successfully building and implementing effective policies, systems, and procedures for people management aligned to state and federal laws. Familiarity with Topgrading techniques is helpful.
