As the Human Resources Generalist – Projects, you'll primarily be responsible for conducting a comprehensive audit of job descriptions across the organization. Your primary focus will be ensuring every active employee has an accurate, current, and signed job description on file. You will coordinate with department managers and employees to secure missing signatures, upload finalized documents into employee records, and draft new job descriptions as required.
Leveraging your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, you'll ensure the accuracy and completeness of critical employment documentation. Additionally, you may be asked to support various HR projects and initiatives, providing flexibility and assistance to the broader HR team as needed. Your collaborative approach and commitment to maintaining meticulous employee records will significantly contribute to the efficiency and compliance of our HR operations.
