ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you're based in the United States, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the IT sector. As our Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind all things recruitment and HR-related across our diverse global talent pools. From sourcing top-tier talent to onboarding and providing essential HR guidance, you'll ensure smooth and compliant hiring practices for our U.S., Latin American, and Asian remote workforces.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Actively source top IT and non-IT talent across the U.S., Latin America, and Asia (including countries like Pakistan, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines).
  • Lead the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including varying regulations by state.
  • Provide HR support and guidance across U.S., LATAM, and APAC teamsanswer policy questions, advise on employee relations, and support compliance.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs align with business goals.
  • Conduct engaging pre-screens and interviews using structured and behavioral techniques.
  • Develop creative, culturally-aware strategies to attract talent in diverse global markets.
  • Prepare detailed, anonymized candidate profiles for client review.
  • Support onboarding and act as a trusted guide for new hires through their first weeks.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistency across international HR practices.
  • Stay current on labor laws, hiring trends, and HR best practices across North America, South America, and Asia.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Native-level English (U.S.) and excellent communication skills -both verbal and written.
  • Located in the United States (mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR.
  • Proven hands-on experience recruiting and successfully placing candidates with clients, with a strong ambition to deliver results quickly.
  • Demonstrated experience working across North and South American markets AND/OR experience recruiting in Asia/India regions (e.g., Pakistan, India, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.). Experience in both regions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws, including state-specific nuances. Experience with LATAM and/or APAC employment regulations is a significant plus.
  • Experience hiring for IT and technical roles is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter, juggling multiple roles, markets, and time zones while staying cool under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Positive energy, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
