Job description

Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “HR Manager” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

We're currently seeking a creative and experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team and lead the development and execution of our human resources strategy. This role is remote and follows New York time zone working hours.

Responsibilities

•Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the firm’s overall business goals.

•Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

•Design and deliver employee training programs to enhance skill development and career growth.

•Monitor and improve employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives.

•Provide guidance on HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance across jurisdictions.

•Analyze HR data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes.

•Support and promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.

•Collaborate closely with leadership and employees to build strong internal relationships and foster a high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

•5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field.

•In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and relevant regulations.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse employees and stakeholders.

•Proficiency in HR software/tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.

•Proven track record of successfully leading HR projects and managing teams.

•Experience working in global organizations or within the legal sector.( Preffered)

•Familiarity with HR platforms
