• Bachelor's degree preferred.

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Winston-Salem. This is a hands-on, highly visible position supporting 200+ employees in a large manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate is personable and approachable, but also confident handling employee issues and making decisions independently. You'll work closely with an HR Manager who supports multiple locations, so we're looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day HR responsibilities without needing constant direction.
