Human Resources Generalist – Manufacturing (Direct Hire) Location: Morganton, NC Position Type: Permanent / Direct-Hire Shift: Full-Time (Flexibility required for extended hours, days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed) Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within a heavy manufacturing, packaging, or 24/7 production environment.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment for hourly industrial roles.
• Familiarity with industrial safety compliance, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation processes.
• Experience utilizing electronic timekeeping and scheduling systems.
• Exceptional flexibility to support a multi-shift operation, including occasional nights or weekends.
