Community Health Services in Fremont, Ohio, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for an in-person, full-time role. You will partner with the Director of HR and support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll, training, and compliance to strengthen our mission-driven healthcare team.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in HR or related field, 2+ years HR experience, and are organized, confidential, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
