Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an HR Support professional to provide employee relations, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance support across our facilities.

The role requires travel up to 20% and is based at our Saber Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, OH. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required, with at least five years of corporate HR experience and strong MS Excel/Word/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of HR support in a corporate setting with employee relations, performance management, compensation, and recognition programs.
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to Saber communities in employee relations and performance management.
• Support training and development initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with reward/recognition and retention programs across facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR processes consistently across locations.

Position Summary:

This highly visible role will be primarily responsible for providing HR support to our facilities in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention.

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of Five (5) year experience providing general HR support in a corporate human resources department with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a highly distributed workforce environment.

• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.

• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
