Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, OH is seeking an experienced HR generalist to provide support across employee relations, performance management, training and development, regulatory compliance, reward and recognition, and retention.

This on-site role requires travel up to 20% of the time and collaboration with a distributed workforce. Proficiency with HRIS, MS Excel, Word and Outlook is expected, along with a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years providing general HR support in a corporate HR department with employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee recognition programs in a distributed workforce.
• Must be open to travel 20% of the time.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS technology with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required.

Position Summary:
