This hands-on role partners with site managers, leads weekly new hire orientation, answers HR questions, and maintains HRIS records while handling high-volume administrative tasks on the floor.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist or Specialist experience with solid employee relations exposure.
• Experience in a manufacturing, hourly, or blue-collar environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• A 'no job is too small' mindset and comfort with a high volume of admin work.
