Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR activities at a manufacturing facility. The role will work with the HR Manager and supervisors to assist employees, resolve workplace concerns, and keep HR processes organized.

Responsibilities include answering policy questions, supporting attendance, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping. The position requires 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably with a manufacturing background, and proficiency in HR software and MS

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Experience handling employee relations, recruiting, and HR administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
• Experience using HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Related bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
