Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking an HR professional to join a Manhattan-based hedge fund to lead onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. You will manage payroll and benefits inquiries, and serve as the focal point for all payroll and benefits-related matters.

You will also work with the Head of HR to implement performance management and employee development reviews, coordinate global immigration and mobility with legal advisors across jurisdictions, and assist with the selection of the HRIS

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of HR experience.
• Must have experience with global immigration.
• Financial Services experience is a must.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Our client is a well-regarded, multi-strategy hedge fund in Manhattan.

The annual base salary range is $110k to $150k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
