This individual will play a key role in managing onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience from start to finish.
The Global Human Resources Manager will run all aspects of in-house benefits administration and act as the main point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries. This role involves working closely with the Head of HR to support performance management programs and employee development reviews. The manager will coordinate immigration and mobility processes across multiple countries by partnering with legal advisors, managing documentation, and tracking work authorization requirements. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the selection and implementation of new HRIS and payroll systems.
This position follows a hybrid schedule.
The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
