The Human Resources Generalist provides HR support across the firm, assisting with compliance, program and process implementation, working to ensure HR matters are aligned with firm policies and applicable requirements.
This role supports a broad range of HR operations and compliance activities within the firm, including monitoring employment law requirements, maintaining policies, records, labor postings, Form I-9 compliance, required training, and HRIS data. As HR Generalist, you will also assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, vendor coordination, employee relations documentation, recruiting and payroll, among other things. The position also provides backup support for unemployment claims, recruiting, onboarding, and leave processes, while contributing to audits, reporting, process improvements, and special HR projects.
