Job summary

CF Legal Recruiting and Staffing is assisting a prestigious national law firm in Roseland, NJ to hire a hands-on Human Resources Generalist. You will work closely with the Senior HR Manager across a broad range of HR functions, from employee relations to onboarding and benefits administration.

The role requires you to manage employee records and HR systems, support day-to-day HR initiatives, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule with some remote days.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in employee relations and HR support.
• Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with a Senior HR Manager across a broad range of HR functions.
