Position Overview

The HR Generalist (Bilingual in Spanish) will support a small HR team in delivering a wide range of human resources services with the focus being on recruitment and employee relations.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and for hourly and non-hourly employees.
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Form I-9 documentation
• Maintain employee data including personal information, job changes, time tracking, and benefit elections
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to help manage all benefits and programs as HR Generalist.
• Manage all aspects of the onboarding process, coordinate with hiring managers, and conduct new hire orientations
• Manage the summer internship program as HR Generalist.

Required Experience/Skills

• 3 years minimum of related Human Resources experience as HR Generalist.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Ability to handle confidential matters as HR Generalist.

Preferred Experience/Skills

• Experience working in an aviation, manufacturing, or distribution environment.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred as HR Generalist.
