Atrium is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for biotech/pharma clients, embedded in their brand. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and engage top candidates, and drive selection to deliver talent aligned with Atrium’s values.
The role requires 2+ years of recruitment experience, VMS/ATS proficiency, and strong communication. Hybrid schedule with a Columbus, Ohio office; bachelor’s degree required.

Base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000, plus commission. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
