Job summary

Atrium is seeking an HR Generalist in Miami, FL to support a small HR team with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, and legally authorized to work in the United States.

The role involves full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, I-9 documentation, and managing employee data, benefits coordination, and internship programs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for hourly and non-hourly employees.
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Form I-9 documentation.
• Maintain employee data including personal information, job changes, time tracking, and benefit elections.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage benefits and programs.
• Manage onboarding process, coordinate with hiring managers, and conduct new hire orientations.
• Manage the summer internship program.
